Privacy
Simple, privacy-first measurement
The site does not require an account or email address. Purchases happen on Etsy and are governed by Etsy's own privacy practices.
What this site measures
We count a small set of aggregate events: page views on the home, free printable, guides, and Routine Builder; selected Routine Builder actions such as choosing a preset, paper size or layout, adding a custom step, and printing; free PDF download clicks; and clicks from guides or tools to another Prep & Pretend resource, Etsy product, or Etsy shop page.
Event records contain only the event name, the page route, and coarse allow-listed campaign/source/content labels. Unknown or unexpected values are collapsed to unknown. We do not put the full address, raw query string, referrer, email address, advertising click ID, custom routine title, or step wording into these application event records.
When you type or edit a routine title or step, that text stays in your browser. A custom-step event records only that the action occurred and a fixed routine label; it does not include the words you typed.
When you follow a link between our own guides and tools, we may carry forward only recognized source and campaign labels in that internal link. This helps us understand which shared resources lead to useful actions without cookies, storage, or an individual identifier. We do not copy your other incoming query parameters to that link.
Quality-assurance page loads marked with our internal QA flag are discarded and not counted.
What we do not add
This site does not set analytics cookies, create user profiles, use advertising pixels, or intentionally collect names, email addresses, precise locations, or other personal details.
The page code does not read or write browser storage and does not read the referrer address.
Your browser privacy signals
Measurement is disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider handles ordinary web requests and may keep operational logs outside this application's aggregate event records. Etsy links are governed by Etsy's own privacy practices. UTM parameters identify a site campaign or page placement, not an individual visitor.
